Privacy Policy

Personal data is only processed by us if necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional website and web application. In the context of Art. 4 No. 1 of the regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR'), 'processing' refers to any operation such as collecting, recording, structuring, storing, adaptating, transmitting, combinating, restricting or erasing personal data. The following privacy policy is intended to inform you about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis of the processing of personal data. Our privacy policy is structured as follows: (1) Information about the controller of the personal data, (2) the rights of users and (3) information about personal data processing activities.

2) The rights of users

Regarding any personal data processing activities, visitors and users of cybermain.com have the rights

- to get confirmation about the personal data that is being processed, about the corresponding activities and about the stored copies (Art. 15 GDPR)
- to correct or complete any incorrect or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- to demand the immediate deletion of their personal data concerning them (Art. 17 GDPR) or to restrict the processing activities (Art. 18 GDPR9
- to receive copies of their stored personal data or to demand transmission of their personal data to other providers (Art. 20 GDPR)
- to complain to the authority if they believe that their personal data is being processed in a way that breaches the personal data protection provisions (Art. 77 GDPR)

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses personal data (Art. 16, 17, 18 GDPR). This obligation does not apply if a notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to become informed about recipients.

Furthermore users have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their persoanl data (Art. 6 GDPR). In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

3) Information about personal data processing activities

Your personal data is processed when using the website or web application of cybermain.com and will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its storage is not longer required.

Server data
For technical reasons, certain data sent by your browser to our server provider will be collected. This data includes server log files with the type and version of your browser, your operating system, the visited webpages on our domain, the date and time of your visit as well as the IP address from which you visited our website. This collected data is temporarily stored, but not in association with any other of your data. The basis for this storage is Art. 6 of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the improvement, functionality and security of our website. The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continuous storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In this case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident is resolved.

Cookies
The website and the web application of cybermain.com use cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by your browser. The use of cookies enables us to provide a secure contact-form, a secure registration and a secure login and subsequent access to internal ressources. The legal basis of such activities is Art. 6 of the GDPR. Depending on the settings of your browser application, these cookies can be deleted as soon as the browser is closed. The website and the web application of cybermain.com does not use any third-party cookies. You can refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings on your browser or by not accepting the cookie consent on our website. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored in your browser application. Once your browser does not longer accept the use of our cookies, you can not register or log-in on the website and you can not use the contact form.

Account registration
If you create a customer account via our website, we will use the personal data you entered during the registration procedure (e.g. your name, your address or your email address) exclusively for support and services in the context of your order (free account, basic account or premium account) and for any contractual relationships with us. We also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This data will not be transferred to any third parties. During the registration process, your consent will be obtained for this processing of your personal data, with reference made to this privacy policy (Art. 6 GDPR). The personal data collected by us will be exclusively used to provide your customer account. You may revoke your prior consent to the processing of your personal data at any time (Art. 7 GDPR). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. All you have to do is inform us that you are revoking your consent. The data previously collected will then be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary. However, we must observe any retention periods required under tax and commercial law.

Uploaded data
The cybermain Web application encrypts all data (e.g. inputs or uploaded documents) that is in motion. Data on rest is securely stored according to security best-practices. As soon as a customer account is terminated, either directly by Tachyon Systems or by not rebooking the term of an existing account for another year, all data in the context of this customer account (inputs in databases and uploaded files) will be irrevocably deleted within 2 weeks.

Contact (contact form)
If you contact us via email or the contact form, the personal data provided will be used for the purpose of processing your request (Art. 6 GDPR). Your data will be deleted once we have answered and there is no further legal obligation to store your personal data.
